Domestic (U.S. Orders) Shipping Policy
Delivery Time
We ship most orders within 1-2 business days, but there may be some exceptions. How fast your order is delivered from there depends on where it's going and which carrier you choose.
Shipping Times
We offer several shipping methods through the U.S. Postal service, including expedited options. Expedited shipping time delivery estimates begin from shipment date rather than from order date.

Free Shipping for United States Purchases
We are pleased to offer FREE Domestic Shipping for all orders placed within the United States via USPS Media Mail for all books and notepads and via USPS First Class Mail for all pillow purchases. The following standard shipping delivery times apply for all FREE Domestic Shipping:
USPS First Class Mail (for pillow products)—Usually arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of shipping.
USPS Media Mail (for books and notepad products)—Usually arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of shipping.
We offer expedited shipping options via USPS Priority Mail (delivery within 2-3 business day from date of shipping) and USPS Priority Express (delivery in 1 business day from the date of shipping). Both options are available for an additional shipping fee at checkout.
If USPS gives us an error message regarding the address provided in your order, we will write to you at the email address you provide in your order to request an alternate address to prevent the item from being shipped and returned to us. This may delay delivery of your order.
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you for further instructions. Re-sending the package may incur shipping charges to you, and any active free shipping offers do not apply to re-sending returned packages.

International Orders, Shipping and Taxes International Orders

International Taxes
If you place an order with us from outside the United States, such International shipments do not include country import taxes and duties such as VAT or GST. Please be aware that your country may charge you these taxes in order to pick up your package.
